Make cutting carving blanks on the diagonal quick, easy, and consistent with our upgraded 3D-printed bandsaw sled.
Designed to cradle your wood block securely on its corner, the sled helps guide the block through your bandsaw for a precise 45-degree diagonal cut. The upgraded design also provides additional support for the wood on the outfeed side, helping keep your workpiece supported throughout the cut.
By cutting your basswood blocks diagonally, you can get twice as many carving blanks from the same block of wood, helping you make the most of your material.

Two Sizes Available

This bandsaw sled is available in two sizes. Please refer to the listing photos to determine which size best fits your bandsaw.
If you have a different bandsaw than those shown, we recommend measuring the distance between the edge of your bandsaw table and the blade and comparing it with the dimensions provided in the photos before ordering.

Durable PETG Construction

The sled is 3D printed using PETG, a durable and UV-resistant material well suited for workshop use. While designed to be strong and long-lasting, it is not indestructible and should always be used with proper care.
